Alliances should satisfy both sides and produce beneficial results
Establishing a new alliance: Agreeing the representation, the frequency of interaction, the decision making process, the troles and responsibilities, final decisions and the dispute procedures as part of the contract.
Evaluating the alliance: Checking the alliance "temperature and health" on both sides, determining whether objectives remain aligned, whether the results of the alliance are optimal, whether the alliance needs new representation or new terms.
Renegotiating an alliance: Financial and non financial renegotiation including new roles and responsibilities or supply terms.
